I’ve been in this industry for 16 years.

Working out of my own, home-based clinic, I’m able to ensure that mine is a business that best serves my patients’ needs. Using RAPID NeuroFascial Reset treatment, I’m able to target neurological tissues while Advanced Bio-Structural Correction (ABC) allows me to focus on bone structure and connective tissues.

I’m also a proud mom of three adult children, and I live in Steinbach, Manitoba. I love keeping fit and lifting weights, and it seems I always have a project on the go.

What types of pain or injuries does RAPID NeuroFascial Reset address?

How does it work?
RAPID uses a biopsychosocial approach to help the body perceive threat and danger. Combining descending inhibition and increasing vasodilation, it can offer quick and long-lasting pain relief.
What can I expect at an appointment?
Your practitioner will palpate the tissue with her hands to evaluate the texture, tightness, and movement of fascia, tendons, ligaments, and nerves. Then the problem areas are targeted through a combination of direct depth and tension with specific patient movements.

ABC detects and corrects misalignments that the body cannot correct on its own. When applied by a practitioner, the patient should enjoy consistent and predictable improvements in posture, mobility, pain level, and ease of breathing.

What types of pain or injuries does Advanced Bio-Structural Correction (ABC) address?
Patients experiencing headaches, spinal pain, and problems with blood pressure, pulse, lung capacity, and mood can expect quick and long-lasting relief with ABC treatment.
How does it work?
ABC is designed to “unwind” a patient’s body and “unlock” areas of tension. In other words, it can correct bodily misalignments that cannot be self-corrected.
What can I expect at an appointment?
You will be in a standing position for most ABC procedures. Your therapist will apply slow, long, manual manipulations to your bone alignment.
